2. High number of students and early career professionals are in Zimbabwe.

3. Majority of Members are in the 25-44 age range.

4. UK membership is strong in the 35-44 age range.

5. ZAI has international influence and worldwide reach.

6. ZAI includes a significant number of senior leaders and entrepreneurs. This could enhance opportunities for younger professionals.
