Celebrating ZAI’s Incredible Achievements this month – January 2025! 🎉  

This January, we’ve shattered goals, built bridges, and amplified our impact in ways that leave us bursting with pride. 

We are turning ZAI vision into reality.

Let’s take a moment to reflect on our collective wins:  

🌟 1. Digital Growth & Engagement 

– Viral Video Sensation! Our TikTok video skyrocketed to 21k views in just 7 days, with views climbing daily (Day 1: 10.2k → Day 7: 21k!).  

– TikTok Milestone Unlocked! On 20 January, we surpassed 1,000 followers on TikTok—a feat achieved in just 3 months since launching in October 2024!  

– YouTube & X (Twitter) Expansion: Our YouTube channel now boasts 50+ subscribers, and we’ve opened the Zimbabwe Professionals UK X Account to connect globally.  

🚀 2. Organisational Strength  

– ZAI WhatsApp Communities:  We Launched the ZAI Volunteer Admin Teams WhatsApp Community to streamline communication.  

– ⁠We also created a new group, the Zimbabwe Doctors Network WhatsApp Group to connect Zimbabwean Doctors.

– Professional Infrastructure: All committee members now have official ZAI email addresses, and every volunteer has signed a Volunteer Contract —solidifying our commitment.  

– Legal Milestones: Successfully registered Bantu Sphere Pvt Ltd in Zimbabwe and secured Tax Clearance, paving the way for sustainable operations.  

💡 3. Innovation & Collaboration  

– TikTok Shop Plan Published: Drafted and shared our strategy to leverage TikTok’s platform for growth and community engagement.  

– ICAZ Partnership: Honoured to be approached by ICAZ to collaborate on content creation—stay tuned for exciting projects!  

– AFIN Bank Launch: Attended the AFIN Bank Launch and ZAI was well represented.

🌍 4. Community Impact  

– Membership Boom: ZAI now unites 1,500+ members worldwide!  

– ZAI Diaries & Pens Success: These tools of inspiration have safely reached Zimbabwe, empowering our communities.  

– Friday Chats with Kuda: Our Fit and Flourish sessions continue to foster wellness and connection.  

👏 5. Team Triumphs  

– Roles Filled: Welcomed our dedicated Charity Leader, Digital Officer and Investment Manager, strengthening our leadership team.  

This month’s achievements are a testament to the passion, hard work, and unity of every volunteer, member, and supporter.
